As soon as you fill in the form at the checkout page and press the «Complete your order» button, the information is transmitted to our processing center where it is checked and thus the credit card is charged. As soon as the payment is authorized, your order is approved and processed.

Once you have successfully paid for your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation e-mail and another e-mail once your order has been dispatched, which contains the tracking information for the order. Tracking information becomes available soon after the order has been dispatched and is updated throughout the whole delivery period. Note that although EMS is trackable, tracking information becomes available only on delivery of the order. This allows us to see if your order was indeed successfully delivered, but does not provide any real-time delivery details. Please note that delivery occurs on regular business days only.
